You are absolutely right about exercise relieving stress. After a few days on my program, one of my members had her young children tell her that she seems more relaxed.

A walk, hike, or bike ride can do wonders for reducing stress, clearing your head, and organizing your thoughts... or just get in-tune with yourself.

It sure sounds like you are in a wonderful area that will spark creativity as well as help you manage any stresses too.
