Psychedelic Man!

My son, Dave Conrey has never touched a drug that I’m aware of. But, by the looks of this painting you might think he’s on something now. I cracked up when he sent me this one today. You see, we are both working towards the last couple of weeks to complete our art. He’s obviously a little looser than I am but I think it’s pretty powerful. He’s a natural at the abstracts. My thing is faces. If timing works out for us, we’ll create a collaborative piece.
The exciting thing is that people are responding favorably to both of our styles. We’ve been approached by three different locations to show our work. Maybe it’s because we are creating a nice mix so it keeps it interesting. I believe that we are going to have a nice turn out for the exhibit on November 8th.
That’s it for now. I’ve got to finish some art myself tonight.
